New, Eager to Learn, With a bit of a challenge.
Hi
I may not be ready for this group yet, but figure it's best to hang out with the type of people you aspire to be.
I have a challenge that I must 1st overcome and hope I can learn and get ideas from the members. My 1st challenge is figuring out how to buy a house for myself without having it attached to my personal name or social security number. Which means conventional financing is out. I have an LLC 2.5 years old and an S corp about 1 year old. So both are too new to finance a property. In the grand scheme of what I have done in the last few years I know that this shouldn't be impossible.
Thanks in advance for the help!
