Refi problem
Need some advice. Recently purchased a foreclosed I intend to live in. Paid 88K cash, ARV is 160-165. I applied for a HELOC at my bank and was denied due to my owning the home less than 6 months. Any suggestions on how to get a cashout? I am thinking I will be listing the house in late spring.
