Some things, as other posters have wisely provided enlightenment, (abandoned ordnance bombing bombing range) would be common to all lists, I suppose.Makes me think about the occasional sounds at my ranch in San Diego coming from nearly Camp Pendleton.

My point in posting the above  rhetorical questions, is that our 7.5 billion-strong human race is very complex and has widely varying views, values, beliefs and customs, some not as enlightened as others. people like to feel morally superior and more virtuous than others(including you and me).

I'm not seeing how anyone can cash flow $500 to $1000 a month buying at current prices and interest rates - if this happening, someone enlighten me :-) The key word being current prices not prices from 5 to 20 years ago.
