We came to a deal on price and , they get no electric , they have to use honda inverters that are real quiet and build noise barriers . they can use the hose to fill water tanks in the trailers , no guests .

I wouldn't want the noise, dust, garbage, etc. in my primary residence while also caring for a newborn.House hacking is a great idea!

Once you start getting above $4000. issues like noise become a bigger concern to potential tenants.

Try to sense if there will be close in neighbor (and other effected neighbor) lawsuits about "Noise" "Increased Traffic" "Views" "Butterfly Habitats" or other "Vindictive Things" that are not stated but will be filed under the listed items in order to slow your development down to a freeze and cost you a ton of legal fees for years" (Because some local people do not want the area developed for their own personal reasons).9.

We are going though a cash out refinance on an investment property now and the sense we got was that things are generally grinding to a halt.
