Found a very cute Tudor style solid brick Cape 2 bedroom 1 bath Single Family that I am buying for a long term hold. 

And maybe even help her find a cute little home where she would be more comfortable and not constantly reminded of her husbands death bed.I can attest to the power of a helping hand.

It would stand out from the reddish brown brick plus the renter would say honey you remember the green door that one was really cute!
