Hi guys,

Just thought I'd share my latest investment. Found a very cute Tudor style solid brick Cape 2 bedroom 1 bath Single Family that I am buying for a long term hold.  House is as cute as a button with tons of old world character and charm. House is move in and ready to go and I got a pretty good buy on it. the best part is I have it rented already for 2k to former tenants of mine who rented from me in the past in a 1 bedroom but his wife got pregnant and they needed a 2 bedroom. They moved out of this town and hated where they ended up, and called me hoping I'd have a place for them so I actually went out and found this property showed it to them before I made a bid and they loved it! Ma
