Browsing thru the different topics there's so much to learn about. 

Each of my properties is simply labeled with the address I like Wave's interface and I recommend it to clients who have small businesses or one or two rentals, but it just seems like the chart of accounts would get messy having the address in every income and expense line when you have 3 or more properties:Main St RentMaple St RentAdams St.

The web interface could be better, but it works and is priced reasonably.  

I had accounts with both and I prefer Chase.Higher credit card limits, better user interface on both the website / application and often reimbursed me without a hassle for late credit card payments.
