I was afraid that she was going to file bankruptcy when she got over loaded and the BK court would force me to let her live in my rental without rent until they settled her issues.Her debt was mostly credit cards, used the $ on trips, eating out, expensive clothes and purses and shoes.

A busboy named Da'Shawn got blown away in the back alley trudging home from work two years ago (the makeshift memorial really brightens up the block) and the convenience store down the main drag did have that drive-by three years ago...the clerk (who I know) heard the shots, then a guy stumbled in covered in blood.and screaming, "Dey shot mah baby!"

The cosmetics are usually decent because mommy wants baby to be in a nice place, but there is often problems with old mechanicals, aging roofs, etc.Student rentals are its own art.

I'd look at it this way, everyone needs a fridge to keep food from spoiling.....but a W/D is a convenience because you can always just take your clothes down to the corner laundromat.....
