Are you considering the millennial market in your rental property business? If so, what's the best part of renting to millennials? πŸ€”

There is no "best part" and we consider renting to anyone regardless of age since to do otherwise is discriminatory and illegal. Do we go out of our way to try to attract millenials? Not really; speaking in broad swaths, they tend to be high maintenance and made out of Tiffany glass. Acknowledging the changing demographics, however, we have started including a lot more things in the rent and charging accordingly. For example, all of our SFHs come with included lawn care. 10 years ago everyone wanted to cut their own grass and save on the rent. Today we have more people who don't want to be bothered with it at all. We've started including more washers & dryers because renters don't want to be bothered going out and getting their own; we never included these even 5 years ago.
