I don't want to waste time trying to jump on a house that's a good deal because it's a fixer, but find out it's too much of one because of reason x,y,or z to qualify for financing. 

I do always say “we” when i discuss my company - even tho it is just me :) it does give me an “out” if i need it (i aam sorry, but “we” cant do x y z) Also most importantly : be sure to join the local (to your rental) state landlord advocacy group and get yourself to the very first landlord bootcamp class they put on.
