Hello everyone,

Joey Capistran here, originally from Denver now working in the Orlando area. I am very, very new to real estate investing and am open to any and all forum discussions, advice and possibilities as I begin this journey. First thing I have noticed, however, is to get familiar with a single niche and master it along the way before branching into other fields of interest. So far, I am most interested in multifamily properties and the buy and hold method, which I am sure drops me into a very large category. Excited to log in each day and learn as much as possible - thanks for the opportunity!
