Creating a video just for the sake of creating it and slapping it on Youtube and rely on SEO is a waste of time and money.

For a wholesaler the first task is to find enough properties, if your main marketing is web based then you should concentrate on SEO, make sure you come up first in search engines for your market and make it really easy for sellers to get information in the middle of the night when they are awake thinking about their problem. 

I am looking into building my website and exploring that route for getting leads through it, and through a well studied SEO that will help bring it to the top page of the search page.I am curious to know if there are any investors who have a website and are getting a good flow of leads through their website.
