I have a web development background and have experience with this type of seo, I was just curious if it works well in this domain and if anyone could offer advice on the topic.

Local agents who work with investors typically have pocket listings or know someone in their office who does, Facebook ads, website, word of mouth, signs on your car, direct mail, SEO, door knocking, etc are all options for you.

After the Kansas fee for filing LLC, getting domain name & setting up website with SEO's, business cards etc.

I think I have my SEO set up pretty good but not paying for AdWords just yet.
