Actions Taken So far - Tried to work with the city Planner / Building Official who is bringing these charges against me to no avail

Ask for a planner of the day and pepper them with questions.

I asked City for ok to move fence and they told me I , they don't have any judistriction on my lot. that is consider a private st..and could do whatever I wanted...THIS WAS CITY PLANNER
