There is always the traveling nurse programs as well, but I didn’t look into that once the STR discouraged me with the furnishing side of things.

Have you explored renting by the room, vacation rental, traveling nurses, rent for filming, etc. to increase cash flow?

I've heard Tier 1 and 2 hospitals are better for getting traveling nurses.

The mid-term rental would target traveling nurses, doctors, and people on business trips.  

I've housed military, travel nurses, refugee housing, and more!

I do want to stick to MTRs being a traveling nurse myself I know what they are looking for when traveling as well as what it’s like being on the other side of a rental on furnished finder.
