Mold removal-  one of the renter did not turn on the AC for several months at the mold mitigation people go in today they said due to the moisture mold is growing in the ceiling. what is a good way to move, mold without breaking the bank .  sprayed with water and peroxide, wipe down.   they’re asking for $4000 to use their service.

They require regular maintenance and sealing plus they can be sensitive to moisture and heat.

First make sure a lender won't freak out and that water bills are OK with no obvious sign of moisture invasion.Then I'd guess I'd tell him, any inspector will see this and I'd like to buy but want credit for a re-plumb.

Our dryer vent was venting directly into the siding that the HOA had installed on the side of our building years ago causing moisture to build under the house and the dryer air was all trapped and had nowhere to go so it got clogged really bad and broke my year old dryer.

I bet the rain/moisture doesn't help this issue, so if anything, I'd make the necessary repairs and then monitor the situation.

We completely lost the four single car garages, one of the back units, a significant portion of the other back unit, had holes cut in the party walls by the firefighters and moisture damage to the floors in the front units.
