Materials and labor is high right now so we aren't doing much fix and rents or BRRRRs since rates to refinance are high.

Joe, Regardless of the location the information you will need to focus on is the same.

On one side the companies appears stronger, due to labor cost cutting, so equity investors appreciate the companies improvement on the quarterly reports, which supports investors desiring to invest more in other business, which improves the economy.

This would lead to a lower number of licensees, and as the pool of available labor declines, average commission rates will actually rise.
