I can't speak to the Canadian market, but I would think that you would be able to find similar resources and ideas from the broad spectrum of people on BP, as well as around the internet.

@Lumi Ispas I think the reality of wholesaling out of state unless you have a very large amount of money for marketing is a non starter.. that's why I suggested buying a 1k house.. at least in the first 10 minutes of Cody looking at the internet he could find a house he could buy.. ( don't waste money on postage and such) and then he can use whatever resale techniques he has learned from others here on PB and resell for say 2 or 3k... and make some money.. without costing him more than his time..

It can be a bit of a pain, but I found this is just the best process.I have used Simplisafe, but the challenge is the project has to be far enough along to have power and internet so you have a stable conditions for the alarm system.

@Jim Adrian I guess it just depends on which internet site you choose as I found a few that definitely push vinyl over aluminum.That second link even says Vinyl comes with UV stabilizers that work to keep sunlight from breaking down materialhttps://www.stanekwindows.com/vinyl-vs-aluminum-wi...I just see info that aluminum frames are prone to corrosion, cost more, and act like radiators.
