Do I take the higher road since I already ordered and have the RMR 141 and 86 what ever to clean the mold and offer to take care of his side as well or do I pull the dick move and start reporting him to the association about the mold that it’s unsafe and he needs to fix that ASAP and report to village pretty sure I can do that as well but obviously after my remodel.
