Guess what - even today having made offers in the millions, I still feel frighten - afraid of making a mistake, not finding the missing pieces of the transactions and other potential gate keeps who will try to stop me form making a profit.But today - so many people want to get rich so they enter this field of investing, assignments, so called wholesaling, flipping ----- the gold rush of today is not gold - it's finding owners of real estate who will give it way ---- elderly - unaware ------ tax sales, foreclosure ------ real estate is today's gold!

There are a couple gated subdivisions that seem to have made it, but there are alot of land/homes down randomly developed streets that never did anything but sit.I recommend starting in ocala/gainesville if you're set on buying in this area.

Upon going over the survey at home I realize that besides the neighbor issue, my front gate and front steps are over the property line protruding into the sidewalk.
