@Jerryll Noorden I fear the day when people start getting their rectal cranial removals and following your advise in mass, will totally wreck my business, nothing I love more than a stack of worthless post cards hitting a person, getting them into considering selling, they grab there phone, google and, well, long story short we have a good laugh looking over those post cards as they are signing paperwork with me.
