Govt Tax Lien Workshops offers  a service claiming that  their software( available for a fee) can help investor find Tax liens  available for investment, faster   & more efficiently than  searching public records.

I know that how it works in NJ but from typing in "NC double closing" in bigger pockets search, i think that's how it works. Hopefully

I don't recommend guru's - but ~$500 for a 2-3 day intensive workshop is money well spent in my opinion.

I live in Southbay and had a workshop on assisted living which I could not go to.... and I am looking into the area too! 

Hello bigger pocket family I have been listening to the podcast for month and just left my first real estate work shop.

It had a huge pole barn & a large workshop & the lot was 800 ft deep (his wife was an owner/operator trucker) so he was more interested in the parking, pole barn & worksop.

Purchase price: $129,500 Cash invested: $20,000 3 bd/1.5 bath on double lot. 1 car detached garage, summer kitchen with root cellar, workshop and long storage-building on property.

I attended a local seminar by Than Merrills FortuneBuilders (sales pitch for his workshop) which did provide a lot of information (from a newbie perspective at least).
