1955 Craftsman Short Sale
Morning All, thanks for your input. Cute craftsman home belonged to older couple. After he passed she went to live with children. House has been on/off market since 2014 and price has dropped $20k. I saw several business cards when I visited, so it is showing.
3 bedrooms (master large, other 2 small)
2 average bathrooms
CHA, separate 2 car garage & workshop, on 3 acres, close to everything, nice area
Good kitchen with stove n DW; water heater, cabinets in good condition
Security system in place, good roof
Cons:
Floors somewhat bouncy, thresholds little higher than necessary, hardwood floors, some linoleum
Galvanized plumbing (ugh!)
Master bedroom & bath are clearly additions. Coded?
Windows are vintage
Having house inspection done before making offer, but should I make an offer? Have already been to the property, but the more I think about it the more doubts I have. Please shed some light on my dilemma, all input is greatly appreciated.
