Demo costs are cheap as well.  

Backyard is concrete barley any weed or grass can grow and have Money Order reciept from paid registration from last year so going to see about that hopefully today.Baltimore city doesn't clean, cut grass, or demo vacant buildings of their property.

During demo, our guys found a possum skull (without the rest of the body) and a suicide note. 

Things started out as planned and on time but about 17 days I went to check on the contractor and all that had been accomplished was demo and primer.

I've done showings, demos, landscaping, and cleaning for an investor for about a year and now I'd like to learn the behind the scenes work and start networking and building relationships with other investors.

So, we put down a deposit of 15%, then another 15% after the demo was done.

However, a "fast" timeline from demo, permits, and finished construction is 3 years.

My wife and I removed all the flooring and completed most of the required demo.  

I start with demo, foundation and plumbing, then roof and electrical work if needed, paint, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, light fixtures, etc.

It's going to take some time to get the carport demo.
