New to Real Estate seeking Mentor

I've been reading and listening to a lot of the BP podcasts for about 2 months now and I'm ready to commit more time to a mentor looking for an assistant or go-for. I've done showings, demos, landscaping, and cleaning for an investor for about a year and now I'd like to learn the behind the scenes work and start networking and building relationships with other investors. I'm also looking to partner with someone, bringing some of my demo/reno experience to the table (its not much).
