If someone believes that bringing an unwanted child into this world to fend for himself (I think it was you would say children should be able to fend for themselves) is worse than aborting them at a month after conception, you may call them whacked, but I don't.

If you do talk to her, make sure she commits to a date and don't give her too long, otherwise you are just going to drag out the time she isn't paying rent, and adding the eviction back on top of it.Being firm on rent and notices, while often unpleasant is the only way I've found to really make a difference when dealing with tenants who are always late.
