TV was flooded with flip shows that encouraged everyone to get into flipping.

Do you watch the Flip n Flop or Flipping Vegas type shows on TV?

Is it easier now with all the house flipping shows on tv or has that made it harder to find properties?

If so, you probably don't talk to them much anymore.This may be hard to believe, but not everything on reality TV is reality.

Some TV shows put all appliances but the fridge--why is that?

So I just bought my second house a month ago on a block where all the houses were built on TV and given away, top of the line lights, faucets appliances etc. 2 doors down a house sits vacant as the winner lives out of state.

This can help mitigate any "I left my big screen tv there!"
