I have been watching some Youtube bathroom reno videos lately, and I can definitely say that this is something that I will want done when I am not solely dependent on this bathroom.

There are literally hundreds of great books you can get (BP has a great selection here) and thousands of hours of great content on YouTube that will teach you everything you need to know.

There're such videos on YouTube and other platforms.Unfortunately we cannot direct people there because BiggerPockets would consider it self-promotion and penalize us for trying to share this knowledge.Would you by chance offer such things Michael? 

I'm familiar with the BRRRR method as its so common in so many books, podcasts, youtube videos nowadays but I'm not really motivated for that type of investing.

HIGHLY recommend you STOP watching S8 YouTube videos and spend more time here reading posts about S8 to learn reality not hype.

Don't listen to the YouTube "experts" that say you can build wealth without any money.

I passed both on my first try (our state has a 40% pass rate) and I'm happy to share the links to the youtube resources I used to study.

I have studied David Lindahl's AHR course and I have also studied Ray Alcorn's Dealmakers Guide course and anything else I can find on BP and YouTube.
