I misread the calculations from The Basics of Real Estate Investment Deal Analysis Sticky.

They don't seem to like "sticky" situations.

I quickly looked in the how to and strategy’s sticky’s above, @ search, and looked at advanced reply.

IMO that can become a "sticky situation."

I did have a few sleepless nights during the 4 day arbitration, as if they got only $10k or so of the bogus counter claims to stick, I would have been awarded only about half of my initial claim, and here that wouldn't meet the standard for "prevailing" so I wouldn't have been awarded the attorney fees.

The mailing company is out of the east coast and therefore transit times to CA are a bit longer.In the meantime I will be driving out to look for vacant properties and placing sticky "I WANT TO BUY YOUR HOUSE" notes on the doors, windows... etc.
