People think that social workers are the solution, but even they can not get the mentally ill to comply PRIOR to treatment and medication. no, we don’t think mentally ill people should just be given a pass but they also should not be shot and killed in cold blood either. this was absolutely ridiculous.

Most of the money will be spent on administrative costs and most of the service will be used by bad renters trying to extract one more drop of blood like the leaches they are.If you are a smart Landlord that obeys the law, treats people honestly and fairly, and that documents everything properly, you won't see tenants using this service and you won't lose when they do.
