Many reasons for sellers remorse-wife says it’s a mistake, real estate friend wants a listing, financial advisor and or accountant says wait till better tax time, etc. just talking about our specific market.. and since I have been buying and selling real estate in the Portland metro area for 20 years and now the price points.. that point is SO red hot.. that's basic starter housing here.. those sell In  a heart beat right now.so that's my main point wholesaler have a very difficult time in this market ..

However, the best example is that airlines no longer are allowed to ask for proof that a service animal is required.Plus, because the use of service animals have extended so far beyond the previous scope of assistance animals, it becomes a quagmire as you get into situations where diabetics use dogs that can detect an oncoming blood sugar crisis before a blood test; people with seizure disorders have dogs who can detect an oncoming seizure, which medical science can't outside of an MRI/CAT/EMG; and therapy animals used to calm people with emotional &/or psychological disorders.

that garage is an eye sore. need to tone that down. do this:add shutters to the front window, match that color with the garage and front door paint. it needs one mature plant, ideally, something with color (blue evergreen garden variety (dwarf size). nice buy. ideally, garage door could be made to look like a wood stain, and shutters match.

Tenant has informed that is suffering from anxiety disorder and provided letter from therapist recommending 'stress-relieving aquarium' of 'proportional size to the living area, no smaller than the largest television in patient's household'.Indicated found a great deal on cList for a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium with fish & coral and going to pick up this week.

The kids are the future and they have more role models and lack an emotionally stable environment.Psychological studies show that addiction including alcoholism, drugs addiction, eating disorders, etc all trace back to an unstable emotional environment for children.
