I see both sides of the fenceAs a consumer I am usually more than annoyed when I get offshored.As a business owner, the Phillipines do offer some quality people with experience at a discount. 

If there is no real estate agent involve we provide the 2% discount back to our customers or we are happy to pay the buyers broker such fee.

Reviewing it, it seems that they are using AI type software to run the exchange.My experience so far with AI software in the tax realm is that it is a far cry from being ready for a lack of human intervention and oversight.

If you are not going to rebuild they will settle at actual cash value/market value minus the land.There are policies out there that will settle at cash-out replacement cost but they are rare and typically offered by higher end insurers for higher end owner-occupied homes.Every insurance company uses software to determine the estimated replacement cost of a home.  

The issue today is buying at a deep enough discount to be able to hit that refi hurdle. 

In general, I price myself 10-15% high outside of my avg lead time, and discount fairly aggressively inside the lead time.This strategy attempts to capture both the planners who will pay a small premium to secure a good data ahead of time, and the last minute deal seekers.In general, it seems many people don’t vary between weekend and weekday pricing enough IMHO.2 ideas I’ve toyed with… in 2+ years I’ve never not booked a weekend.
