To Dave's point of seller financing coming back-- and, as he also alluded to 'networking'- as in taking a banker to lunch---a serious long-term player in the note space should never overlook attorneys, accountants and financial planners as viable referral sources for this type of product.

There comes a point where the answers to our remaining questions are not in books and posts and they lie in taking action and it sounds like you have reached that point.

Because each of the 4 structures is on its own lot, it's not considered a commercial investment, so I can't finance it with a commercial loan.I'm not interested in taking out 4 separate conventional loans.

If they don't show interest in taking care of you - be prepared to move next Feb.

If you delay in taking action, then the problem could escalate and affect other tenant units.
