I would have also considered completing the L of cabinets in the kitchen to graphic either side of the fridge.

I’m planning to go to college for a short time just to get an associates because I already have college credits from highschool so may as well (marketing and graphic design focus so it will help with real estate).

I know investors who have showcased specific properties acquired using Sub 2 as public case studies.I think it's crucial for investors to make informed and responsible decisions tailored to each unique opportunity.
