Recently, I’ve started to view my 15-mile training runs through nearby neighborhoods as a sort of prospecting method —a foot tour of sorts— helping me determine neighborhoods I might be interested in investing in.My goal with Bigger Pockets is simple — I hope to learn from other investors within the community, leverage the tools and resources to improve my ability analyze potential deals (to help my 40-something-year-old-self gain the confidence to do what my 20 something-year-old-self knew was possible long ago) and contribute to the community where I can with the experience I have.

We have a fairly rigorous screening process that has served us well and I have no way of knowing what screening purpose was used by former landlord, other than maybe checking for a pulse and a wallet.

Unless you've tested this and proven it doesn't work, it's irresponsible of you to tell people it doesn't.Real estate investment training is not a commodaty like a laptop or a book, yet hundreds of companies are spending hundreds of thousands a month advertising online to potential club members (I know this from years of direct experience doing this very profitably for clients).

RailRoad which runs the childrens train the "Polar Express" through the end of the year and keeps town very busy with some 70k plus visitors.I would echo most of what Amy had to say about the biggest factors to consider for a mountain rental would be  accesability, view, hot tub, fire pits and lastly we have seen a shift from people wanting to be remote to being closer to town.
