As accountants on BP we cannot promote ourselves directly.

I do not make many announcements that promote a “look at me” or “look what I have done” theme.   

We are in the process of getting this property ready for promotion on STR/MTR sites.

Briefly studying the markets across the US, I have found this trend: Where new construction was red hot and building was promoted by the local municipality, they are enduring a more Buyers market and on the flip side, areas where there is not a lot of new construction and only really existing homes for sale - there is a sellers market.

My concern would be health and safety.

Have a trusted independent hazard insurance broker that doesn't require a year paid upfront.Have an inspection that can ALSO be used for county/city planning to okay health and safety codes.

They don’t do much marketing, it’s up to you to promote it, so you probably won’t have a lot of strangers ask to book.

We are officially moving forward with the purchase, and I must say, it's been an unusual journey.After a series of twists and turns, we have successfully negotiated credits for several health and safety issues identified by the previous buyer's inspector, which need addressing.
