I urge my fellow lenders to utilize the power of google before they try and put borrowers into less advantageous products like DSCR loans. 

In my short time doing rentals I was gung ho on multifamily but now I realize single family can be a powerful tool as well .

There is nothing more powerful than a community that helps each other with growing and helping each other out with problem that other investors have already been through

Ask the power company to evaluate for any electrical leakage that you can repair.
