Hello,I’ve been searching for a real estate investor club in the Covington, Mandeville, Madisonville, Louisiana area but it looks like the only thing on BP and from what I’ve googled is in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge area.

I graduated from Tulane, so I know what it means to miss New Orleans.

And I was born and raised in high humidity, including living in New Orleans where the summer humidity gets to ungodly 98-99%. 78 degrees was just fine there as it is in drier climates.

I went to the to the Bigger Pockets conference in New Orleans this year and would be defiantly attending the next one.A dozen agents (all investors) from our team went and we had a great time.

I was reading that I was supposed to notify the owner or whoever the heirs of the property were during those 3 years, but I have tax sale notices showing that mail was sent to the owner via the city of New Orleans that notified the owner or whoever lives at the property that they had 3 years to pay back the taxes owed and redeem the property or I may take possession after 3 years.
