Invest from a position of strength instead of following the masses down the "easy" path.

What I think is most revealing about the storyline is the power of the masses.

Finding it hard to justify hiring a designer where I will basically be telling them to design the most bland / mass market appeal space. 

Today I wanted to list a few low down payment loans that are mostly local to Mass (not all!)

You wont be doing anyone any favors from keeping the house from mass exposure.

$7 trillion in stimulus, loose monetary policy, going to war in Ukraine, tariffs, limited drilling, and 5-10 million fewer workers (limited immigration for 1.5 years, mass early retirement during the pandemic, added deaths, millions more on disability with long covid or claims of it). 

The market is feeling the heavy hand of the Fed’s rate hikes but the vast majority of mortgages in place are not forcing owners to liquidate en mass.

The closer to the sale date, generally the more motivated to do something about it, in theory... but watching Auctions right now and seeing houses go to sale with masses of equity just doesn't make any sense....

If you are using mass mailings, you need a budget and a plan because it requires consistent mailings to those addresses for a long time, sometimes several years before you really get traction.
