I work in the medical field as well, here in the San Fernando Valley.

I've done over 100 rehabs, and if it took my handyman more than an hour to do these two things, I'd be surprised...certainly shouldn't take a licensed plumber more than an hour.Either way, plumbers are not cheap.This one is more expensive than my doctor or attorney...at least he would have been had I actually given him the work...

Through innovation, new products, supermarkets, transportation systems, housing, medical breakthroughs, hospitals, etc., they enrich our lives, give us jobs and food and many services we take for granted.

To my delightful surprise it depends on the type of business you're in and real estate was not included on that list(doctors, lawyers etc were).
