I know there will be head winds, turbulence, unseen weather conditions and I will have to gather a GREAT crew, SERVE my flight, and LAND with confidence.

I do expect it to be more difficult/take longer to fill than the majority of my current portfolio in a much larger town.Take a flight out there, the couple thousand at the least will be some really good education.  

You have a vote from me kind Sir as I used to work at a flight school and, as a result, greatly appreciate your humor. 

I would be looking for places that are less than a 2-hr. nonstop flight from you.

Who knows if the tenant might take flight with the mount and leave you with holes in the wall?

My poor Mom, that offer was on a Wednesday and i was on a one-way flight to LA by Saturday.  

The units have been vacant for months, he owns them free and clear, and I'm just glad that he does not have to climb up and down the  4 flights of stairs between the units with his very painful arthritic knees and back.

I booked a flight to Cincinnati that day (in part because we had friends that lived there and loved it and it met the initial tests of growth and price ranges we were looking for).I also ran lots of numbers off of Loopnet, Commercial Search,  and Showcase.

Caterpillar is adding 500 jobs to the downtown area, there is now a direct flight between New York to Tucson, and the list goes on...Tucson appears to making all of the necessary changes to really allow it to "Boom" over the next decade.
