I do expect it to be more difficult/take longer to fill than the majority of my current portfolio in a much larger town.Take a flight out there, the couple thousand at the least will be some really good education.

Caterpillar is adding 500 jobs to the downtown area, there is now a direct flight between New York to Tucson, and the list goes on...Tucson appears to making all of the necessary changes to really allow it to "Boom" over the next decade.
