1.  What Emerging markets for multifamily are solid targets in the western states??

2.  Do you have Protocol of Successful ways to prospect & attract value added deals ?

3. Do you have a Protocol for evaluation of deals ?

Marc - lets start here with prospecting. 

Lets say I want to contact 100-200 apartment owners a week with offer to purchase. Not loopnet or craigslist classifieds. 

Whats database can get me these contact numbers to call ? 

Lets say I like every deal enough to quickly evaluate for value added program. And I picked the few that look like good deals and put them infront of you or an investor ? Wouldnt that be nice. 

Emerging markets - i was looking for more specific - like SD downtown I can see a stadium in the near future . OR just below Austin tx i can see a Amazon facility getting ready for operation. Got any inside scoop??

I dont want to do a bunch of reading - waste my time with concepts and blah blah.

1. I want  to solicit owners to sell 

2. I want to evaluate and pass on to an investor 

3. I want to collect on a cash on cash deal
