Besides being the eyes of the property owner, my duties include; finding the best tenant,managing housekeeping, managing maintenance and 24 hour concierge.I am very excited to get to participate in this community of Real Estate professionals and learn more about the market, network and share innovative ideas with one another.

I certainly wouldn't expect to sell it at a discount when there's 10 other people looking at my flip on the first day I've listed it.I think you have an innovative idea, but I do wonder what else could you bring to the table so flippers wouldn't be losing out on bigger paydays partnering with you?
