The more you immerse yourself, the finer your networking acumen becomes.

There is so much to this and you have to completely immerse yourself, understanding it will realistically take 3 years to build a book of business to financially make sense for this career. 

Unless any coaching you're getting deeply addresses that, it's not going to move the needle much for you.If you are willing to fully immerse yourself in the BiggerPockets community here, I'm willing to bet actual money that you could get more value here than you would dropping 40 large for "coaching and mentorship."

I've been immersed in studying real estate investing, particularly wholesaling, but also fix and flip, and buy and hold strategies for the past six months and I'm dedicated to making this a successful venture.

To start, I would dedicate a substantial time period to immersing yourself in forums here, watching videos from experts, and going to local real estate meet up events to start making connections. 

Once you immerse yourself in the business, you will start to get more comfortable.
