New Cash Flow Investor in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Hello everyone!

Excited to be a part of the community here and to make some great connections. As an introduction, my name is Alex and I've been a technology and sales professional for the last 10 years, primarily helping companies of all sizes scale their sales efforts and grow their customer base. I moved down to Fort Lauderdale from Canada about a year ago, and have been spending the last several months immersing myself in all the real estate books, podcasts, videos, and courses I can get my hands on.

My goal is to start aggressively (first purchase in the next 90-180 days) growing a portfolio of cash-flowing properties to supplement my primary income and eventually become involved full time in buy and hold real estate investing. Ideally, I'd like my first deal to come with as little money down as possible, so am always looking to learn about new ways I can be creative in a sale.

As part of that, I'm looking to make connections with investors here who have experience both in cash flow investing and the Florida market. I always like to bring value to any connections I make so am happy to discuss mutually working on deals or supporting in other ways in exchange for knowledge!
