Meaning quality over quantity should be important.

I understand that there are other factors that go into place to ensure harmony within the unit (Like personality, demographics etc.) but my main question is how are you guys finding tenants who will rent by the room?

Quality over quantity ANYtime when it comes to buyers.

Both sides have different lifestyles, both follow the lease rules, and both need to find a way to live in harmony before it all deteriorates. 

@Malia Miyashiro-Harmon I would wait to find an agent until you know exactly what market (e.g. zip codes, counties, etc.), general price range and what types of real estate you're interested in buying (e.g. single family or multi-family, distressed, turnkey, etc.).

@Toby Khan As a Realtor, I use business cards regularly but, I don't purchase a large quantity of them.

When seen in quantity they should trigger a classic Warren Buffett'ism "when people get greedy I get scared--when people get scared I get greedy"

We definitely plan on getting our agreement in contract and doing everything we can to ensure a successful and harmonious business and friendship.

Quality over quantity.
