Business card necessary in Real Estate investment?
Hey guys,
I have been in real estate investment for a decade now. So far it has been a great journey for us. Last week I was told by a broker that I should have a business card-Would you guys say it is necessary-is it still a thing? Back in the 90s I remember my uncles, friends dads etc. used to throw around business cards like it is going out of fashion. Let me know what you guys think.

I have 2 types- one for potential sellers I hand out at garage sales and stuff and one for tenants when getting holding funds or at move-in.
Most are happy to get one. I have a card in here somewhere I'll say reaching in my wallet. Oh yeah, please they'll say excitedly.
My last tenants were 24 year-old professionals. They loved signing actual paper and getting a folder with a business card in the sleeve. Digital isn't always best.
