Where to Find Tenants for Roomshare?

Hello BP Community,

I've been hearing a lot of talk about land lords renting out by the room. I just bought a property with 2 bed 1 bath. i'm interested in renting out by the room in my local area Jeffersonville, IN. 

I understand that there are other factors that go into place to ensure harmony within the unit (Like personality, demographics etc.) but my main question is

how are you guys finding tenants who will rent by the room?
