I had just graduated High school and was in my first year in college when I decided ( with always an entrepreneur mindset ) that I was going to go into real estate.

Every man and his dog are now seemingly a property guru/investor/entrepreneur, despite not doing any deals, having 5 minutes experience, no actual cash but having read some books and websites.
