They have great paints, consistent colors and consistent bases and can mix up pretty much any color from another manufacturer.

I have seen a lot of flips in my neighborhood and the surrounding communities, but some are taking a while to sell as many are priced significantly higher than the median home values on blocks that just aren't there yet.

There are other areas literally one block away from the best part of 5th Avenue downtown where you don't hear a damn thing.
